Sometimes taking care of yourself means simply creating space to slow down. Our mild hyperbaric chamber and sauna offer two unique ways to add intentional relaxation and recovery to your wellness routine.

Mild Hyperbaric Chamber

Our mild hyperbaric chamber provides a comfortable environment with increased atmospheric pressure while you relax inside the chamber.

During a session, the chamber gradually pressurizes above normal atmospheric pressure. This increased pressure changes the way oxygen is available to the body, which is why hyperbaric environments have become popular as part of wellness and recovery routines.

Unlike the high-pressure hyperbaric oxygen chambers used in hospitals and medical treatment centers, ours is a mild-pressure wellness chamber designed for non-emergency wellness use.

What Does a Session Feel Like?

A hyperbaric session is surprisingly simple.

After getting comfortable inside the chamber, the pressure is gradually increased. As the pressure changes, you may notice your ears need to equalize—similar to what you experience during takeoff or landing on an airplane.

Once the chamber reaches operating pressure, you simply relax. Many guests use the time to listen to music, watch something, read, rest, or just enjoy some uninterrupted quiet.

At the end of your session, the chamber is gradually depressurized before you exit.

Our team will explain the process before your first session and be available to assist throughout your visit.

Why Do People Use Mild Hyperbaric Chambers?

People incorporate mild hyperbaric sessions into their wellness routines for a variety of reasons. Common goals include supporting:

  • General wellness and recovery
  • Relaxation and stress management
  • Post-exercise recovery
  • Rest and rejuvenation
  • An active lifestyle
  • A consistent self-care routine

Individual experiences vary, and mild hyperbaric sessions should not be considered a substitute for medical care.

Sauna

Warm Up. Slow Down. Unwind.

There’s a reason sauna use has been part of wellness traditions around the world for generations.

A sauna provides a warm, relaxing environment where you can disconnect from the day and allow your body to respond naturally to heat.

As your body warms, your heart rate and circulation naturally increase and you begin to perspire. Many people enjoy sauna sessions after exercise, as part of a relaxation routine, or simply because they enjoy how they feel afterward.

What to Expect

Your sauna session is your time to unwind.

Come prepared to relax, get comfortable and enjoy the warmth. As your session progresses, you’ll begin to perspire and may feel your muscles loosen as you settle into the heat.

Afterward, give yourself time to cool down and rehydrate.

If you’re new to sauna use, our team can help you understand the basics and ease into your first experience rather than trying to tolerate more heat or a longer session than is comfortable.

Why Do People Use Saunas?

Sauna users commonly incorporate sessions into their routines for:

  • Relaxation
  • Post-workout recovery
  • Temporary relief of everyday muscle tension
  • Supporting circulation during heat exposure
  • Stress reduction and quiet time
  • General wellness
  • Rest and recovery

And sometimes the best benefit is simply having dedicated time where you’re forced to stop, sit down and relax.

Which One Should I Choose?

You don’t necessarily have to choose.

The hyperbaric chamber provides a quiet, pressurized environment and is often chosen by people interested in recovery and wellness.

The sauna provides a heat-based experience and is often chosen for relaxation, warming up, perspiration and post-activity recovery.

Some guests may choose to incorporate both into their wellness routine at different times.

If you’re not sure where to start, give us a call. We can explain what each experience is like and help you decide which service you’re interested in trying.

Your First Visit

We want your first experience to be comfortable and straightforward.

Before using either service, we’ll walk you through how the equipment works, what to expect during your session, and basic safety information. First-time hyperbaric guests will learn how to equalize their ears as the chamber pressurizes and how to communicate with staff during the session.

We’ll also ask you to complete our wellness and safety screening before your first use.

Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, illnesses and other circumstances may make hyperbaric or sauna use inappropriate. If there’s any question about whether either service is appropriate for you, we’ll ask you to consult your healthcare provider before booking or using the equipment.

A Little Time for Yourself

You don’t have to be an athlete or have a particular wellness goal to enjoy these services.

Sometimes it’s simply an hour without meetings, notifications, errands or everything else demanding your attention.

Come in. Get comfortable. Slow down.

We’ll take care of the rest.
